From end to end this cuff measures 6 inches with a 1 inch gap between the stones. (Can be adjustable to more of less)
I do exercise caution when putting these cuffs, along with any cuff, on and off as not to over bend the metal because over time that action will weaken the metal. So when you are placing them on and off find the sweet spot on your wrist to slide it on sideways. These are adjustable but I do encourage you do not bend them over and over again - rather find the size you like to wear it at continuously. Slight adjustments are fine though when done gently and in small amounts.
