Blazar Jewelry is my husbands jewelry line where he creates stunning one of kind sand cast sterling rings that are organic, chunky and experimental. He begins with a wax carving and then presses it into a specially formulated type of sand. After removing the wax carving he pours molten sterling into the negative space of the sand.
This ring was a fun project for Puma using vintage cameos and placing the relief image in the sand. This one came out a bit abstract but beautiful and interesting none the less. It also features a cast in place dark blue sapphire. Size 9.25
